Lake Limerick is located about five miles
northeast of Shelton. It was formed in 1966 by impoundment of Cranberry Creek.

Lake Limerick covers 105 surface acres
and is located about 5 miles north of Shelton. Good fishing for Rainbow trout,
largemouth Bass and yellow perch. boat speed is 8 mph.To get there from Shelton,
travel north on Highway #3 for 4.2 miles to Mason Lake Road. (There is a sign
here that points to Lake Limerick.) Turn left, up the hill on Mason Lake Road
for 2.2 miles to a large "Lake Limerick" sign on the left. Turn left for a half
mile to the public access on the right.
