The Lake Limerick Dues are $490 per lot from Oct 2006 to Sept 2006.

The rate structure for water service at Lake Limerick is as follows:

• Metered water service - $20.00 per month, $60.00 per quarter, $240.00 per year, including maintenance and operation (M&O)

• Non-metered lots and lockouts - $8.00 per month, $24.00 per quarter, $96.00 per year (M&O)

• You are allocated 12,000 gallons of water per month for the metered service.

• Any overages, beyond 12,000 gallons of water per month, are charged at $2.00 per every thousand gallons over 12,000 gallons.
